We are built like Russian dolls, our physical body is surrounded by a series of energetic bodies, invisible to the naked eye, that are connected to it. 

At the core of these layers is our physical body, it corresponds to the smallest doll. Our well-being and emotional stability depend on the proper alignment and expansion of these energetic layers around us (like the bodies of the dolls when they are well arranged).  

We also have energy centers (chakras) that connect our energetic bodies to our physical body. Arranged along our spine, these centers function as engines that capture the universal energy and transmit it into our body through a complex network of channels. These energy centers are connected to the endocrine glands and play a crucial role in energizing corresponding organs.  

Each body and each energy center can be the site of imbalance or blockages. Tension or emptiness in these areas can cause physical organs to function less efficiently, leading to mood swings, overwhelming emotions, fatigue and even illnesses.
